These terms apply to your use of obeyewear.com and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About us

OBEyewear is a trading name of Obeyewear Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17330485), with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom. You can contact us at obe@obeyewear.com. Obeyewear Ltd is not currently registered for VAT.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using it for any unlawful purpose. If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Our products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can, but images are for illustration and colours may look slightly different on your screen. Please read the product description before buying. All orders are subject to availability.

4. Placing an order

When you place an order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. This is not acceptance of your order. A contract between you and us is formed when we email you to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order – for example, if an item is out of stock, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll tell you and give you a full refund of anything you've paid.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). As we're not registered for VAT, no VAT is added to our prices. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you to ask whether you want to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. The items become your responsibility once they're delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Cancellations and returns

You have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-day returns window. Full details, including how to return an item and when you'll be refunded, are in our Return and refund policy.

8. If there's a problem with your order

We're required by law to supply goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery; after that, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Please email us at obe@obeyewear.com if anything is wrong with your order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable. We only supply products for domestic and private use, and we aren't liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that can't be limited or excluded by law.

10. Events outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, strikes or severe weather. If this happens, we'll contact you as soon as possible, and you may cancel your order for a full refund of anything you've paid for items not yet received.

11. Intellectual property

The OBEyewear name and logo, and all content on this website, belong to or are licensed to Obeyewear Ltd. You may not use them without our written permission.

12. Reviews and content you submit

If you leave a review or send us content, you confirm it's your own honest opinion and doesn't contain anything unlawful, offensive or misleading. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it in connection with our business. We may remove any content at our discretion.

13. Your personal information

We use your personal information only as set out in our Privacy policy.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at obe@obeyewear.com and we'll try to resolve it.
